1. Please do not send cash via the mail. Cash payment should be made in person at our office. Do insist on a Chicago's payment receipt.

2. Confirmation of your fax order will be made via the telephone. If you do not hear from us 1 day after your faxed order, kindly contact us at Tel: 6281 3153.

3. Due to the seasoned nature of flowers, we reserve the right to replace any flower or gift items with another of equivalent value depending on availabilty.

4. A $10 re-delivery charge is applicable for orders where the delivery address is insufficient, incorrect, no longer in use or when no one is at home.

5. No cancellation of order is allowed upon acceptance of order. Any cancellation will be fully charge.

Important Note: There will be an increase in prices for Roses, Tulips and Lilies from 8 Feb to 15 Feb for Valentine's Day. Any order of these flowers to be delivered within this period will be based on the new price.
